In order to improve the security conditions of the agents of the departmental council of Orne, the Kiplay company has just signed a partnership with the department.

Marc Pradal, CEO of the company located in Saint-Pierre-d’Entremont (Orne), and Christophe de Balorre, chairman of the departmental council, has concluded a collaboration agreement concerning the development of innovative safety clothing with a strong added value.

The contract provides for the delivery of four “connected” (LED-illuminated, heated and geo-localizable) parkas, five high visibility and heated light jackets, as well as 10 high visibility vests. The amount of the contract has not meant specified.

The collaboration between the company and departmental agents responds to a test procedure concerning these personal protective equipment, the objective being to respond to the improvement of the working conditions of road agents.

Highly technological clothing

In the future, feedback meetings will be held to evaluate the effectiveness of these new safety vests embodying high technology.

Well established in the personal protective equipment market, the Normande company deals with large companies such as Orange, Colas or the City of Paris.
