“We want to do something for the safety and health of the children,” said district chair Johannes Adam Palm at the handover at the day care center. “Dormagen is the first city in the county that we’ve equipped with the high visibility vests,” said Palm. However, it should not stay that way, said the district chair: “In the other municipalities, we will continue the action.”

 

Anne Schmitt, director of Dormagen’s Awe meeting point on the Friedan stressed, will bring the yellow vests to the respective facilities in Dormagen within the next few days. Practically, the safety equipment is also equipped with a hood for protection against rain. Mayor Erik cordially thanked the donation for all kindergartens. “I also like the motto very well,” he said. The Awe has given her action the title “Little Lights”. The new director of the Dormagen Children and Youth Office, Julia, was also present at the handover of the luminaries safety vest.
