The obligation was introduced precisely because only 72 people died on the roads last year that were not visible.
How expensive are the reflective elements?
It is a matter of a few crowns. The reflective vest for an adult is about a hundred, for a child it is a quarter less. Reflective bag costs 60 crowns, reflective umbrella 300 CZK, reflective key ring 36 crowns, sewing / ironing tape about 20 crowns, reflective cap 60 crowns. Prices are therefore unnecessary.

At night and in low visibility, you should not leave a child without reflective elements at all.
