The Buenos Aires government put in action the resolution 224/14 that determines the obligation for the companions of the use of helmets and reflective vest with the dominion of the motor vehicle printed.

 

The omission will be considered a serious fault by the authorities that may retain the vehicle and the license of the person who does not comply with the resolution.

The omission of the obligatory nature regarding the use of a helmet and vest with a patent on the passenger will be considered a serious offense, and the preventive retention of the vehicle and driver’s license must apply.

 

Among the recitals of the resolution signed by the Chief of Staff, it appears that “the reflective safety vest will seek a better identification of the driver.
