From Sunday, August 31, the amendment to the road traffic law enters into force. According to the new regulations, every pedestrian who moves after dark in the non-built-up area will have to have a reflective element attached to clothing in such a way that it is visible to vehicles passing by. From August 31, 2014, will be obligatory for all those who walk on undeveloped land after dark, the police will be able to fill in tickets if they catch you without a reflective material on clothes or a gadget attached to your clothes. in the dark, along the side of the road, you will pay as much as PLN 500.
