Safer disk post with high visibility vest

The idea was born in the aftermath of the dramatic events of the night of August when six teenagers, all between 16 and 17 years of age had been swept away by a pirate car. To prevent the recurrence of other similar incidents and at the same time to raise awareness among young people for greater road safety, the owner of the disco Mascara Carmen had thought about the initiative: to distribute fluorescent reflective vests at the exit of the restaurant every Wednesday, evening dedicated to customers younger, until the end of the summer season.

And from what was recorded after the launch of the other day, it seems that the sense of the project has fully centered. Practically all the first hundred reflective jackets purchased were sold out thanks to the precious contribution of two Mantua commercial activities. A great success not only in the numbers but also and above all through the multiple certificates of appreciation received. “I am very happy that the initiative has had such a positive response – commented Carmen – already from the debut evening. We distributed all the jackets that we had supplied not only to the guys who arrived by bicycle but also to the many joints on foot and those on the moped.

Many parents who wanted to thank me, also on behalf of my staff, for the initiative. Some waiting for their children to come out of the disco said they were pleasantly surprised by this project. Even a bartender this morning told me that he thought of me when at dawn he saw many youngsters riding their bikes and our jacket in front of his club. A mother sent me a picture of her son as soon as I got home wearing the vest with two reflective tapes, writing to me he arrived safe and sound thanks to you. Many certificates that make us proud of what has been done, and now under the next appointment scheduled for next Wednesday.
