The policemen together with representatives visit the inhabitants of other municipalities and hand them reflective vests to both pedestrians and cyclists. They also appear to use them for the sake of their own lives and health.

– We would like to remind you that pedestrians moving outside the built-up area after dusk are obliged to use reflective materials – says Marlene, spokesperson for the Pavia Police Headquarters.

– The lack of a reflective element may result in unpleasant financial consequences, i.e. a mandate. In contrast, cyclists, in addition to mandatory bicycles, if they use vests, then they “clearly” mark their presence on the road.

The action of distributing reflective vests is carried out as part of the campaign “Visible on the road – safe after dark”. The reflections were funded by the Pavia Eldership.
