The results of the inspection carried out by IH in the second quarter of 2017 are ahead of us. The research included warning clothing, reflective materials and hearing protectors in the assortment of warehouses and stores in nine provinces. Inspectors inspected a total of 53 products, and their reservations were raised by 16 of them (30.2 percent). Doubts concerned, among others information contained in the instructions for use and the absence of a declaration of conformity confirming that the manufacturer has carried out the conformity assessment procedure.

Studies have shown that every second vest with reflective tapes tested by the laboratory had a low luminance coefficient. This is a serious failure that in practice results in the inadequate visibility of the user, thus exposing his health and life to danger. Free of such irregularities was reflective, but in their case, instructions for use aroused reservations. For reasons of formal incompatibility, the inspectors also questioned 5 hearing protectors.
