Pedestrians outside the village must have a reflective mark

The reflective tape or sticker is now a mandatory complement to pedestrians who move around the road outside the village for poor visibility. This is called an amendment to the Road Traffic Act, which is only valid for several days. Failure to comply may also be punished by pedestrians.

Fog, rain, fog or snow blizzard can make it difficult for drivers to see the car. It is important to see the pedestrians in time and to react. If a person has dark clothes, the driver registers it up to twenty meters. The white color is visible at 55 meters. The ideal distance for the reaction is 200 meters. This is guaranteed by reflective elements only. According to the amendment to the Road Act, pedestrians are now obliged to reduce visibility on the roads between villages.

“We would like to be in BESIP if the obligation to wear reflective material was not only damped by a few sections outside the village. We would love to have it always under reduced visibility. It may not be just dark, but also heavy snow and the like. ”

Pedestrians should be aware that they are badly seen not only in the dark, but also in the dusk or dawn. A reflex tape should be made for everyone’s own safety.

“The law does not directly determine where reflective primers are supposed to be and what they should look like. It’s good to be on the moving parts – on your wrist, over your ankle.” Both the police and the police will now check whether the pedestrians will not forget the signs.

“Pedestrians in case of non-compliance are liable to a fine of up to 2500 crowns. But the pupils will be more aware at this moment, and pedestrians will point out that they should have these reflective elements.

Stickers, patches, pendants or hand bands are available in haberdashery or bicycle shops. Fluorescent fabrics may already be sewn into seams of jackets or school bags or backpacks. The reflection mark certainly increases the safety of pedestrians on the roads.
