This commentary by Yuri Maule, a volunteer:

Each bike is equipped with a medical kit, so that once you reach a scene we are able to provide preliminary medical care until the ambulance arrives.

Each Life Rider (a voluntary cycling) has more than 17 years with a minimum of two years of experience and Nell MDA having attended a vocational training course to drive electric bikes within cities and in a variety of scenarios including the transportation of weights, stop, speeding, changing lanes on busy streets and night driving. It is a unit of volunteers, where the primary objective is to reach crowded areas, or areas where ambulances cannot access, such as markets and alleys.
