POL-BI: remain visible with reflective material

A car driver, who drives 50 km per hour, takes about 29 meters to come to a halt. A darkly dressed person, the driver recognizes only after 25 meters.

“More security through visibility” is a joint project of the city of Bielefeld, the Volunteer Academy OWL and police Bielefeld.
