The Chilean Safety Association (ACHS) ruled out selling reflective vests with their institutional logo, following complaints by street sales by residents of Puerto.

 

On January 1, 2016 come into effect the decree mandates the incorporation of reflective vests in the safety kit private cars, trucks, taxis and motor vehicles.

 

Freesia Verger, Marisol neighbor sector expressed concern the sale of reflective safety vests that would be made in the upper part of Puerto.

 

In this regard, the Chilean Safety Association said through a statement that does not sell , reflective vests, and marketing of products not drive with the logo of the institution , nor in Puerto or in any region of the country.

 

The institution also added that in an effort to keep the public informed on Saturday participated in an activity around this rule, considering that from January 1, shall be binding on the vehicle carrying a reflective fabric vest.
