Reflective Scarf “anti-paparazzi” allows disappearing photos

A new favorite accessory for Hollywood and sports stars in the United States, this scarf literally makes it possible to disappear from photographs or cameras using a flash, thanks to a revolutionary reflective fabric.

Sais is a 28-year old Dutch fabric designer, and the stars say thank you. Indeed, the man has developed a scarf made with a fabric that allows those who wear it to become “invisible” on photographs or cameras using a flash. A mixture of technology and fashion, this scarf, called “Ash”, makes today a real tobacco in the United States with the stars of cinema or soccer players wanting to preserve their privacy.

“I had this idea when friends photographed me on a bicycle in Amsterdam. The reflective element device that fitted the bike almost ruined the photo, and that’s when I had the idea to create a fashion accessory with the same principle, “said the designer at the Quartz site. After having brought together a team of experts in the field of fashion and science, he created this “anti-paparazzi scarf” which remained in development for about six years before being launched in October 2015.

With the power of social networks in our time, many people find themselves on online photos, whether they wanted it or not. “Sometimes people just do not want to be seen. I want to give them the right to privacy, “says the man.

This scarf is made from a special fabric with reflective material, containing thousands of nana-spherical crystals that reflect light from camera flashes or cameras, to show on the image only the scarf in question, and nothing else. Ties, costume bags, or even soon hulls of phones are also available on the site of the ash, but the scarf in question is at a relatively high price, namely about 400 Euros.
