So far, to wear glare applied only to children under 15 years of age. The analysis shows that after dark pedestrian dressed in dark clothing is seen by the driver of a vehicle with a distance of about 40 m. In contrast, a person who is wearing reflective vest, it becomes visible even from a distance of 150 m.

With the new provision in force is since 31 August 2014. Outside built-up after dusk pedestrians must be scheduled on your body reflection, placed in a manner visible to managers.
