The gang’s tactics to lure away the police in safety vest and create the space required for the brutal attack on Our Pub & Bar: Vehicle and container fires were built elsewhere in the Bishop’s Palace.

 

Shortly prosecuted is that eight young men of involvement in one of the most serious crimes of violence, ever in Gothenburg. Five of them are brought to trial for murder, three for complicity.

 

March 18 last year, suspected two of these persons have fired 30 shots against employees and visitors to the restaurant. Others are accused of having participated in other roles. Police Chief Robert’s perception of the deed:

– A very carefully prepared action. The men were heavily armed and used military equipment, including high-speed ammunition.

Two young men were killed, eight injured. A few of them teach event to leave life-long physical and psychological.

Between the hours of 20 and 22, on that particular evening were the emergency services to western Hisingen on at least four occasions.

 

A number of containers at least two recycling centers and two parked cars had suddenly caught fire.

Young people also threw eggs at the firefighters in reflective clothing.

All this meant a rapid movement of police officers – the special effort Safe in Gothenburg – otherwise fierce guarded the most vulnerable squares in the Bishop’s Palace, fresh-weather Square.

 

Exactly at 22:23, when then several police units were busy on other addresses in the district, started the attack on Our Pub & Bar.

In the arrangement before the attack – which has similarities with preparations for some spectacular robberies – were included according to the police the following:

– The perpetrators have carefully chosen the time and place, as Robert puts it.

One of the intended victims, a 23 year old man, however, could provide just a quarter before the uproar broke out. The other, a 25 year old man, was killed.

The police claim that both belonged to the network from southern Bishop’s Palace.

All the eight detainees have different types of peer connections to the north of the Bishop’s Palace.
