Safety vest: How to Dress for running in winter

Do not be timid! The cold and the transition to winter time will not affect your motivation to go running time if you wear safety vest and follow the advice of sports.

 

The rule of three layers

Reflective tapes on the top (10 Euros each) are an obligation as long as you’re playing field can be shared with motorized vehicles, but there are also vests or reflective armbands or LED for more visibility (10 to 40 Euros). Little advice for those engaged in day: dark colors retain heat from the sun. Although these are rare and shy (and the cold helps burn more calories), they can always warm up a bit…

 

Treating ends

Never mind the choice of shoes, already discussed in a previous article, to focus on the socks. Again, to avoid the cold, choose the amounts models hot without necessarily being thicker.
