Launched in 2009, the school bus like no other knows a great success. Even if volunteers in safety vest want to see more children participate.

 

It’s been seven years that the walking bus line Forsytias follows its merry way. It is indeed in 2009, led by Fabienne, and then assistant in school affairs, the initiative took shape with the help of volunteer parents.

 

Like the school bus, this system allows students to reach school on foot and in groups, while being accompanied and supervised by adults. The line is marked with stop transit schedules to meet. And beware of late, as the small processions of students dressed in their yellow reflective jackets do not wait!

 

The line of Forsythia, which starts in the eponymous street, so let’s get to the elementary school in the Cherry Orchard, as well as the school of Providence.

For this year, accompanying parents wait for new volunteers and wish that more children join the morning.

 

In the summer of 2011, two other lines have emerged in the Valley to get to the school group of the same name. Then in 2012, a test was launched to create a line to the school group Michael, but this initiative had not met with success and was abandoned.

 

Assistant to the family confided last week its interest in the subject, and assured that he was part of the reflections and points he wanted to work with his committee, although no new line will be launched this year . The municipality also supports the actions of parents who want to start a line.
