The company presented the latest machine showed the interior of the factory, and how the combine is created step by step.

Its area is huge – it has 413 thousand. 600 sq. M, of which 100 thousand. Occupy halls and nearly 200 thousand. Each department is responsible for the subsequent stages of production. But in reality everything is in place, everyone has their position and tasks.

Walking began as a department of plastic processing. There, steel sheets are cut flat shapes, which are then profiled according to the machine model. It is used to include 13 lasers, as well as press brakes. Later, the individual elements migrate to the welding shop. There are nearly 250 stations and 60 manual welding. In this section you can weld components measuring from a few centimeters up to several meters. It employs approx. 400 people wearing reflective vest.

On the line are first assembled the main working groups – all reminiscent of the frame with wheels. Next on such a basis is built the whole machine.

Visiting the assembly line, you could watch the combine “grows”. For each of the 13 positions we are the new elements. For example, one mounted. Reaching number 5, the machine is no longer the grain tank, while two positions further, we see the combine cab.

Liters header (the cutting) can be 12.5 meters long and the engine generates a power of 654 horsepower.
