Move yourself legally? Agricultural machinery, more and bigger, they respect the rules of the road? Who has never lost in the multitude of texts, laws, decisions that govern the movement of agricultural vehicles? These are the basic rules to know.

\n5% of the gross vehicle weight: it is a violation of 4th category. You can lose between 3 and 6 points on your license and earn a fine of up to \u20ac 750.
\n20% of the gross weight (or recurrence): it is an offense of the fifth class. In this case, you may withdraw your driving license and up to \u20ac 3,000 fine.
\nAdditional rules exist. For example, the actual weight of trailers, semi-trailers or towed equipment may not exceed 5.5 times the curb weight of the tractor. The load transfer on the coupling stud should not be greater than t 3 (t 4 with a hitch ball 80 mm in diameter). Attention should be paid with reflective element<\/em><\/strong> to the actual registration of the vehicle and the data on the road homologation certificate says “red strikethrough”.

\nThe decree of 4 May 2006 on the movement of vehicles and agricultural and forestry applies. In this case, the division into two categories is valid again.
