One component of the project is stars, which collect the classes when the children come to school with safety vest<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>s and on foot. So the children have their own incentive to walk. “Sometimes it’s the children who educate their parents and persuade them to drop them off at the parents’ home,” says Settlement.<\/p>\n
