It is also mandatory to use this as a motorcyclist or driver of a tricycle if you come to a halt outside the built-up area with a not working motorcycle\/tricycle or an emergency stop for another reason.<\/p>\n<p>The penalty for not having a fluorescent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chinareflective.com\/\"><strong><em>reflective vest<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is certainly not high at \u20ac 38, but an emergency stop can cause even more costs; in the case of not having the <strong><em>reflective safety vest<\/em><\/strong> at hand, the fine &#8211; as extra bad luck &#8211; can reach up to 750 Euros! Incidentally, this rule also applies to cyclists and drivers of a wheelchair.
